Abstrak. Indonesia merupakan produsen minyak sawit terbesar di dunia berperan penting dalam kegiatan ekonomi karena dapat menghasilkan nabati jumlah besar yang dibutuhkan oleh sektor industri sawit. Industri salah satu pengguna energi cukup besar. Dalam pelaksanaan proses produksi, menggunakan berbagai macam sumber baik berasal dari bahan bakar maupun listrik. Pada pengolahan CPO (crude palm oil), terjadi beberapa tahapan memerlukan masukan-masukan material dan energi. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Bah Jambi Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian bahwa perusahaan 4 yaitu listrik, uap, BBM solar, biomassa. Rendemen hasil analisis sebesar 22,7% lebih kecil informasi rendemen 24%. TBS menjadi CPO, utama adalah uap 97,09%, mana unit paling banyak mengonsumsi pengempaan 30,85% penerimaan buah 25,32%. Sedangkan pada sarana pendukung, juga 69,85%, untuk pengoperasian boiler 97,17%. Secara total, input pembakaran biomassa 75%, 23%, solar listrik 1%. Adapun efesiensi riil penggunaan 31,53%, turbin generator 2,64%, total 98,65%.
